Shipping policy
UK Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and are sent via Royal Mail.
Orders under £15 have a delivery charge of £1.95 for Second Class, and £2.95 for First Class.
Orders over £15 include FREE Second Class delivery, or you can upgrade this to First Class delivery for £1.95.
I cannot currently ship to Northern Ireland.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently unavailable.
Can you send a greeting card directly to the recipient?
Yes of course. Simply add their address as the delivery address, and I will ship the order straight to them. Please remember to add the message you want written in the greeting card as a note with your order.
I can only post greeting cards directly to recipients with a UK address. And please don't leave it too last minute. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, so if you order the day before your friend's birthday, it's not going to reach them in time for their special day!
How are the greeting cards delivered?
Depending on the size of your order, your greeting cards will either be posted in a secure board-backed envelope, or a cardboard postal box.
Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Who will be delivering my order?
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail.
When placing my order, I gave the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
If after placing an order you notice a mistake, like an incorrect delivery address, please contact me as soon as possible.
If I haven't yet dispatched the affected order, I should be able to amend the delivery address for you. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to place a new order in the shop with the correct delivery address.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Once I have dispatched your order, I have no control over how long it takes Royal Mail to deliver it to you, and they do sometimes experience delays during peak times.
Please allow 10 working days after receiving your shipping confirmation email before contacting me about a missing order. If after 10 working days your order still hasn't arrived, please send me an email quoting your order number to hello@jessalittlecreative.com.
Replacing and refunding missing orders comes at a huge cost to my small business, so please understand that it's not possible to do this until at least 10 working days have passed since you were sent your shipping confirmation email to say your order has been sent. If you need greeting cards for a specific event please order as early as you can to allow for any postal delays.

How can I contact you?
If you have any issues regarding shipping, or need any other assistance, please visit the contact page. I aim to reply to messages within 24 hours on working days (Monday-Friday). So if you message on a Friday, you may not receive a reply until Monday.
