Happy Valentine’s Day card design

This typographic Happy Valentine’s Day card design comprises 9 hand-drawn squares, laid out in a 3 x 3 grid, on a pale pink background. The 9 squares are surrounded by a border of delicate hand-drawn hearts drawn in different shades of pink. The squares are different colours, ranging from deep red, to bright red, to pink, giving the Valentine’s Day card a patchwork feel. Each of the squares contains a highly detailed, illustrated letterform. These letterforms spell out VALENTINE. The letters are highly patterned, unique and bold, contrasting against the colours of the squares using pale pinks and deep reds. There is further pattern added to the card with hand-drawn dots and hearts surrounding the letterforms too. This highly unique and detailed Happy Valentine’s Day card is blank inside, for your own special message.

Packaging and materials

Each Happy Valentine’s Day card is printed on high quality, FSC certified, recycled card. The cardstock used is uncoated, and has a lovely tactile quality to it, with no nasty shiny surfaces. It comes supplied with a recycled kraft brown envelope, and is packaged in a clear compostable sleeve made from vegetable starch, to protect the card. This can be disposed of on your compost heap or in your food waste bin at home when you’re finished with it. The environment always comes first at Jess A Little Creative. All orders are packaged plastic-free, and for every order placed on the website, a tree is planted via Ecologi.
