Holly and Ivy Christmas card design

This Holly and Ivy Christmas card uses a classic and sophisticated Christmas colour palette of dark green, cream and red. The design is made up of 9 hand-drawn squares in different shades of green. Each square has a border of hand-drawn dots and lines in cream and red. The squares each contain a highly patterned hand-drawn letter, which spell out the words ‘HOLLY & IVY’. The letters are drawn in bright creams and whites, which stand out beautifully against the dark green. Some of the squares are decorated with hand-drawn red dots and circles, to look like Christmas berries you would find on a Holly plant. The whole Christmas card design sits on a cream background. 

Packaging and materials

You will love writing a special Christmas message to your friends and family in this Christmas card, as it is printed on beautifully smooth, FSC certified, recycled card. It is lovely and thick so feels luxurious and high quality, and has a matte, non-shiny appearance. It comes supplied with a kraft brown recycled envelope which beautifully matches the natural, Christmas greenery theme of the card. The card and envelope are then packaged in a compostable clear sleeve made from vegetable starch which is completely plastic-free and can be disposed of on your compost heap at home, or in your food waste caddy. As well as using plastic-free and recycled materials, for every order placed on the website, one tree will be planted. This helps offset carbon emissions and ensures Jess A Little Creative cards are as eco-friendly as possible. 

For orders of 5 or less Holly and Ivy Christmas cards, cards will be shipped in a board-backed envelope secured with paper parcel tape. For orders of 6 cards or more, cards will be wrapped in black tissue paper and shipped in a brown cardboard postal box, specifically designed to be able to fit through your letterbox. All packaging materials are sustainable and high quality, ensuring your order will arrive on your doorstep in perfect condition.
